- Swarm of the Lotus have called it quits. They'll play their last show November 1 at the Ottobar with Goatwhore.
- Speaking of bands breaking up, Anterrabar will play their last show October 29 at the Saints and Sinners Festival in Asbury Park, New Jersey.
- The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus will be headling next year's edition of the Take Action Tour. These guys are closing in on 200k sales. Another band looking to break in 2007.
- The Source magazine and it's two founders must pay 14.5 million to a former editor of the magazine. Christ.
- First band confirmed for next year's Bamboozle? My Chemical Romance. Big surprise.
